I purchased a accessory from Projects Bros Enterprises on April 1, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Alisa H. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I am requesting that Projects Bros Enterprises cancel my account without penalty as soon as possible.
