Complaint Details

On May 13, 2025, I signed up for WirelessCloud's business line at their West Hillaryhaven, Rhode Island location. I was told that the service would include router, but after paying $823, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Timothy S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I am requesting that WirelessCloud train their staff to be more professional as soon as possible.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, WirelessCloud has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their premium membership.
