I want to report a serious concern with WirelessCloud's router that I purchased on December 23, 2024 from your Ryanville, Oregon store. The product has doesn't work as advertised despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Cornelius M., but my issue remains unresolved. I am requesting that WirelessCloud reimburse me for additional expenses as soon as possible.
