Data Communications LLC refused to address received poor customer service
Complaint Details
On December 8, 2024, I signed up for Data Communications LLC's cable TV at their Lake Susanaton, New Mexico location. I was told that the service would include router, but after paying $881.39, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Triston S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I hope Data Communications LLC will address this issue by provide the documentation I requested.
