Account problems with Data Communications LLC

I have been a loyal customer of Data Communications LLC for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered SIM card (order #ORD-2598-JXQ-1314) on December 18, 2024, and have encountered was billed multiple times. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I would like Data Communications LLC to make their terms and conditions clearer.

May 11, 2025 05:20After my initial complaint, Data Communications LLC contacted me to troubleshoot the microwave. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
