I have been a loyal customer of Data Communications LLC for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered mobile hotspot (order #ORD-3462-ZLY-5246) on April 11, 2025, and have encountered failed to receive confirmation. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I am asking Data Communications LLC to make this right by waive the cancellation fees.
