I purchased a subscription from Modern-Homes on December 2, 2024. Shortly after using it, I experienced was sold expired products. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Maci M. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I would like Modern-Homes to fix the security vulnerability.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The laptop from Modern-Homes not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
