Refund refused by Elite Build Group
Complaint Details
I am writing regarding order #ORD-6727-JPL-6047 placed with Elite Build Group on December 26, 2024. I paid $665.12 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Larue L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I am requesting that Elite Build Group provide a full refund as soon as possible.

May 05, 2025 05:14It's now been 5 days since my initial complaint, and Elite Build Group still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their priority service.
