Disappointed with Quality Properties Udon Thani membership program

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5673-QND-9565 placed with Quality Properties Udon Thani on January 24, 2025. I paid $453.61 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Wilford H. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I am asking Quality Properties Udon Thani to make this right by waive the cancellation fees.

May 07, 2025 05:22I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The t-shirt from Quality Properties Udon Thani not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
