Misleading advertising by Modern Builders Specialists
Complaint Details
I have been a loyal customer of Modern Builders Specialists for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered device (order #ORD-1206-MIS-1103) on December 10, 2024, and have encountered failed to receive confirmation. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I hope Modern Builders Specialists will address this issue by upgrade my service at no additional cost.
