I have been a loyal customer of Modern Builders Specialists for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered system (order #ORD-9788-WFI-5245) on March 22, 2025, and have encountered experienced long delays. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I would like Modern Builders Specialists to issue a formal apology.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Modern Builders Specialists called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
