I am writing regarding order #ORD-0375-HYY-7488 placed with Expert-Projects Angers on April 27, 2025. I paid $928.77 for service plan, but when it arrived, I discovered received the wrong item. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Janie M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I am asking Expert-Projects Angers to make this right by stop their deceptive business practices.
