Frustrated with DigitalConnect Services's lack of response

On February 19, 2025, I signed up for DigitalConnect Services's maintenance plan at their Lexiefurt, New Hampshire location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $648.76, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Troy B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I would like DigitalConnect Services to stop their deceptive business practices.
