I have been a loyal customer of DigitalConnect Services for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-2269-CBF-7377) on January 22, 2025, and have encountered received a damaged replacement item. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I am asking DigitalConnect Services to make this right by stop their deceptive business practices.
