I am writing regarding order #ORD-9047-COZ-1298 placed with ExpressDelivery Logistics on April 17, 2025. I paid $320.19 for service plan, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Billy B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I am requesting that ExpressDelivery Logistics extend my warranty period as soon as possible.
