I purchased a item from GreenEnergy Solutions on March 22, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced received poor customer service. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Melissa V. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I expect GreenEnergy Solutions to take responsibility and adjust my account balance.
