I have been a loyal customer of SecureGuard Systems for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered product (order #ORD-4074-QUD-6013) on December 18, 2024, and have encountered failed to receive confirmation. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I am requesting that SecureGuard Systems remove the unauthorized charges as soon as possible.

I'm updating my complaint because SecureGuard Systems finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the catering service, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
