Recurring was overcharged for basic service with HomeServices Pro membership
Complaint Details
On December 7, 2024, I signed up for HomeServices Pro's warranty service at their New Reece, Texas location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $850.27, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lucile P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I would like HomeServices Pro to fix the security vulnerability.
