I am writing regarding order #ORD-2504-RMS-7216 placed with WasteManagement Solutions on April 6, 2025. I paid $43.63 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced long delays. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Esteban B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I am asking WasteManagement Solutions to make this right by replace the defective product.

I'm updating my complaint because WasteManagement Solutions finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the specialty coffee, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
