I have been a loyal customer of WasteManagement Solutions for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered item (order #ORD-8216-ACP-3006) on January 3, 2025, and have encountered received the wrong item. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I expect WasteManagement Solutions to take responsibility and correct my personal information.
