I have been a loyal customer of WaterWorks Supply for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered accessory (order #ORD-1215-IME-8299) on April 15, 2025, and have encountered had my personal information compromised. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I would like WaterWorks Supply to compensate me for the inconvenience.
