I am writing regarding order #ORD-9771-MTU-5844 placed with PowerGrid Utilities on April 5, 2025. I paid $405.16 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered found foreign objects in the product. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Morris R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I am requesting that PowerGrid Utilities replace the defective product as soon as possible.

May 05, 2025 05:52I've received an email from Jordan Robinson at PowerGrid Utilities offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The camera was clearly defective from the start.
