Unresolved issue with ArtisticMinds Institute system

I purchased a system from ArtisticMinds Institute on January 20, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced encountered rude staff. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Melyna H. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I expect ArtisticMinds Institute to take responsibility and remove the unauthorized charges.
