Complaint Details
I have been a loyal customer of ArtisticMinds Institute for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered package (order #ORD-9672-REM-2687) on February 5, 2025, and have encountered had my personal information compromised. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I am requesting that ArtisticMinds Institute provide a full refund as soon as possible.
