I'm writing to complain about the warranty service I received from EduOnline Learning. After paying $175.1 for membership, I found that it discovered data privacy issues. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Prudence G., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I would like EduOnline Learning to upgrade my service at no additional cost.
