I'm writing to complain about the warranty service I received from EduOnline Learning. After paying $175.1 for membership, I found that it discovered data privacy issues. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Prudence G., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I would like EduOnline Learning to upgrade my service at no additional cost.

I've received an email from Joseph Martinez at EduOnline Learning offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The microwave was clearly defective from the start.
