I purchased a membership from EduOnline Learning on January 16, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Sophie H. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I am requesting that EduOnline Learning issue a formal apology as soon as possible.
