Overcharged by EduOnline Learning for subscription service

On March 16, 2025, I signed up for EduOnline Learning's delivery service at their Arliefort, Missouri location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $734.83, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Alta M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I expect EduOnline Learning to take responsibility and honor the advertised price.

Apr 29, 2025 05:37Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $471.71 refund only covers part of what I paid for the consultation service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
