Disappointed with TechLearn Institute maintenance plan

I purchased a item from TechLearn Institute on May 6, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced was damaged upon delivery. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Eliane S. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I hope TechLearn Institute will address this issue by honor the advertised price.
