I am writing regarding order #ORD-2839-RLX-4696 placed with SkillForge Training on January 29, 2025. I paid $89.28 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Julian D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I am asking SkillForge Training to make this right by expedite the delivery of my order.
