Complaint Details

I purchased a package from SkillForge Training on January 14, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced website errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Maryse G. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I hope SkillForge Training will address this issue by deliver the missing items.

Just wanted to follow up on my complaint regarding SkillForge Training. I haven't heard anything back yet, and the coffee maker I purchased is still not working correctly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
