I am writing regarding order #ORD-5190-BCW-2855 placed with CreativeArts Studios on December 15, 2024. I paid $718.79 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered received poor customer service. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Marjorie S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I expect CreativeArts Studios to take responsibility and fix the billing error.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The handbag from CreativeArts Studios not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
