I'm writing to complain about the customer service I received from EventMasters Productions. After paying $391.09 for subscription, I found that it arrived significantly late. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Macie L., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I hope EventMasters Productions will address this issue by honor the warranty.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $447.17 refund only covers part of what I paid for the consultation service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
