I am writing regarding order #ORD-5756-QDQ-1889 placed with MusicHub Studios on April 9, 2025. I paid $529.17 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Harmony R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I am requesting that MusicHub Studios offer compensation for the time wasted as soon as possible.

I appreciate MusicHub Studios reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement specialty coffee has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
