I'm writing to complain about the support line I received from MusicHub Studios. After paying $551.79 for accessory, I found that it arrived significantly late. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Stephon B., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I would like MusicHub Studios to resolve the technical issues.

The situation with MusicHub Studios has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the upgrade plan, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-A052F1FC multiple times.
