Security concern with GameZone Entertainment service

On May 3, 2025, I signed up for GameZone Entertainment's maintenance plan at their West Thurman, Iowa location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $492.95, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, America S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I expect GameZone Entertainment to take responsibility and provide the documentation I requested.
