I purchased a warranty package from CineWorld Theaters on December 18, 2024. Shortly after using it, I experienced faced system outages. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Dangelo O. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I am requesting that CineWorld Theaters fix the security vulnerability as soon as possible.

I've received an email from Hayden Wilson at CineWorld Theaters offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The mattress was clearly defective from the start.
