Complaint Details

I have been a loyal customer of HealthyHarvest Organics for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered membership (order #ORD-6990-EIF-9202) on April 28, 2025, and have encountered was promised features that don't exist. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I hope HealthyHarvest Organics will address this issue by fix the security vulnerability.

After speaking with Casey Martin from the Support Operations at HealthyHarvest Organics, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
