Overcharged by NutriMeal Delivery for premium support
Complaint Details
I have been a loyal customer of NutriMeal Delivery for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered product (order #ORD-4838-PTZ-2163) on December 19, 2024, and have encountered encountered rude staff. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I expect NutriMeal Delivery to take responsibility and make their terms and conditions clearer.

Apr 27, 2025 05:11Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $467.83 refund only covers part of what I paid for the premium membership, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
