I am writing regarding order #ORD-7675-VZB-6181 placed with GourmetDelights Catering on December 30, 2024. I paid $720.09 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered found security vulnerabilities. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Tressa S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I am asking GourmetDelights Catering to make this right by issue a formal apology.

The situation with GourmetDelights Catering has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the installation service, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-1CE3E6E3 multiple times.
