I want to report a serious concern with GourmetDelights Catering's device that I purchased on February 21, 2025 from your Ernestoburgh, South Dakota store. The product has experienced frequent disconnections despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Kiarra S., but my issue remains unresolved. I am asking GourmetDelights Catering to make this right by improve their customer service training.
