I am writing regarding order #ORD-8372-SBS-8993 placed with QuickServe Fast Food on February 4, 2025. I paid $976.66 for warranty package, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kristina T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I would like QuickServe Fast Food to honor the advertised price.
