I am writing regarding order #ORD-8372-SBS-8993 placed with QuickServe Fast Food on February 4, 2025. I paid $976.66 for warranty package, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kristina T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I would like QuickServe Fast Food to honor the advertised price.

It's now been 13 days since my initial complaint, and QuickServe Fast Food still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their installation service.
