I purchased a product from TastyBites Restaurant on February 11, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced had my personal information compromised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Myrna Y. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I am requesting that TastyBites Restaurant waive the cancellation fees as soon as possible.
