Delayed delivery from BudgetStay Inns

I want to report a serious concern with BudgetStay Inns's warranty package that I purchased on December 6, 2024 from your Port Michael, Oklahoma store. The product has received poor customer service despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Sebastian D., but my issue remains unresolved. I expect BudgetStay Inns to take responsibility and deliver the missing items.
