I purchased a equipment from SkyJet Airways on May 19, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced received incorrect information. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Colten B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I expect SkyJet Airways to take responsibility and implement better quality control.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The wireless speaker from SkyJet Airways not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
