Overcharged by MedTech Innovations for installation service

I have been a loyal customer of MedTech Innovations for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-3194-GSH-7634) on February 9, 2025, and have encountered arrived significantly late. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I would like MedTech Innovations to replace the defective product.
