I purchased a service plan from SeniorCare Services on April 24, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced received a damaged replacement item. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Isabella C. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I am asking SeniorCare Services to make this right by honor the warranty.
