I purchased a system from LifeSciences Research on March 13, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Trenton A. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I would like LifeSciences Research to issue a formal apology.

I'm updating my complaint because LifeSciences Research finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the specialty coffee, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
