I'm writing to complain about the subscription service I received from RehabWorks Therapy. After paying $280.97 for unit, I found that it found foreign objects in the product. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Alvah H., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I hope RehabWorks Therapy will address this issue by replace the defective product.
