Disappointed with PharmaDirect maintenance plan

On May 6, 2025, I signed up for PharmaDirect's warranty service at their Port Noah, New Mexico location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $251.17, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ryder W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I expect PharmaDirect to take responsibility and improve their customer service training.
