Disappointed with HealthFirst Clinic subscription service
Complaint Details
On December 9, 2024, I signed up for HealthFirst Clinic's return policy at their Kesslerborough, Utah location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $337.15, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jake K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I am asking HealthFirst Clinic to make this right by fix their misleading advertising.
